Workshops 2010

Program: Leading Diversity: Keys to develop and promote business innovation? © 
The program consists of 2 workshops that will be held throughout the year based on the MET Competency Model developed in 2008-2009. Participants will receive a diploma at the end of the cycle.
 
This program aims to show the audience the potential of mental models as an effective platform to manage diverse teams and to innovation, not only from a theoretical perspective but also following a practical approach.
 
With the objective of maximizing participation seats will be limited. Those members of the community that show greater commitment will have priority.

Workshop 1: Reinventing oneself

Workshop 2: Devoloping diverse teams: coaching and mentoring
