The Selection Process takes place during the whole year through a process of interviews with at least two members of MET Community and concludes in an International Selection Committee.
It constitutes a value added methodology that enhances the experience of all the participants involved. The candidates benefit from hours of individual interviews with members of the core team, executives, advisors and other members of MET Community, that share their experiences and advice with them. They are recognized leaders and professionals in their industries, that provide strategic knowledge that; otherwise, the candidates wouldn't have access to.
At MET Community, we identify professionals distinguished by their high potential, who are selected through a rigorous process. We analyze their personal and professional background and their company's main features. We look for innovative entrepreneurs and professionals with potential at the national, regional and world levels. MET Community looks for ethical professionals and entrepreneurs, who wish to create socially responsible companies and to share their experiences with others.
