Methodology

The key to the applied methodology is collaborative learning: activities are highly interactive and require close communication among collaborators, advisors, speakers, and participants. This interactive mode takes place both nationally, in Spain, as well as, internationally between Spain, the U.S. and Latin America.  

The foundation of the program rests on the individual commitment of each and all of the members of the network to contribute toward the achievement of personal and professional learning and development.

The methodology is based on a combination of activities that involve research, education, relationship management, and communication, which are enabled through the use of technology.
