Program oriented towards the development of abilities and knowledge of enterprising women in Latin America through the support and experience of mentors and referenced professionals of the international business environment.

After the success of the pilot program, IE-MET made a qualitative and technological leap, utilizing new tools, with the objective of providing mentors and mentees with a technological platform for facilitating the process of education, communication and networking.

Development of a new Innovation Forum directed at the extended Banking Sector with the objective of sharing best practices of innovation through the diversity of the participating businesses.
Blackberry and Everis. The initiative is still active ( www.innoversity.es).

Initiative oriented towards the development and support of high potential women in order to propel their leadership capacity through the use of technologies, the experience of referenced mentors in Spanish businesses, professional training and executive abilities and communication and visibility of the participants. This initiative took place in 5 editions addressing all mba programs at IE Business School. The sponsors of this initiative were IE Buisness School and Blackberry acting as technological partner and developing specific applications for the participants of the program.
