GOALS

General

Foster a movement within civil society that pushes for social innovation as the core of sustainable business development.
Raise awareness on the relevance of the sustainability of diversity, innovation and social responsibility management within businesses pertaining to different areas of action and society in general.
Raise the visibility and strengthen the position of topics related to social innovation, diversity management and social responsibility in Spain, the US, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Generate specific knowledge of social innovation and diversity within the participants.

Specific

Improve collaborative surroundings between private and public businesses in order to foster joint initiatives for the social development of the pertaining Regions.
Promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge of business management, leadership, technology and communication.
Develop a network of support for disadvantaged women in high-potential positions.
Form and develop abilities and specific knowledge of the management of diversity and social innovation of future leaders.
Drive the development of projects of entrepreneurial character in the pertaining Regions.
Improve the use of technologies as the cornerstone of entrepreneurial development and social advancement.
