Nowadays it is becoming very common for organizations to show their commitment to diversity and innovation. However, in order for both of them to be managed effectively, there must be a link with entrepreneurial leadership. Thus, professionals from each organization may have certain knowledge and skills that enable them to manage the diversity and innovation successfully and sustainable.
Through the experience accomplished in recent years, in MET Community we have proved that the personal and professional development occurs and strengthens through three types of complementary actions. Thus the following activities have been established:
